By booking a service through Vitely Wellness, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
Bookings
- Your slot is held for 30 minutes after submitting. It is only confirmed once you click the verification link in your email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may not be accepted.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information when booking
- Notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel
- Don't attempt to abuse or manipulate the booking system
Your Information
We collect your name and email to manage your booking. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service Changes
Vitely Wellness reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your booking, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability
Vitely Wellness are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services beyond what is required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the booking platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
