Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives the clinic enough time to offer the slot to another patient.

Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or request your booking link from the My Bookings page.

Late cancellations may not be accepted through the online booking system. If something urgent comes up, contact the clinic as soon as possible.
